In order to provide you with the most effective service, we would like to take a moment to provide you with some helpful hints regarding treatments for you pest control needs.

 

Most are common sense tips but there are some that we would like to highlight for you.

 

For most pests, the first order of business is to reduce food and water sources as well as harborage areas, basically just general cleanliness. Be sure to keep food items well sealed and keeping an eye out for possible leaks from pipes, drains, etc. Also keeping shrubs, bushes, and tree limbs, trimmed back away from the house can help reduce the number of household pests. 

 

One of the most important rules of thumb is to try not to interfere with the treatment provided by your pest control specialist. Generally speaking, the treatments provided by us are more than just a “squirt” or “spray” here or there. Most of the time we use the localized crack and crevice treatment along with baiting either by gel baits or the bait stations you may have seen. It is very important, not to use any over-the-counter products after we have performed a treatment. These products contaminate those used by us and may render them ineffective.
